An illustrator/concept artist recommended to me by my tutor, partly for website layout and partly for her concept work.
Victoria Ying (part of ECA Michael Yamanda) has worked on big projects for Disney, Pixar and Simon and Schuster, among others.
What I love about her work is her ability to adapt and change. Though a lot of her concept follow the same vein stylisticly, her illustrations and personal work change dramatically from piece to piece. From 'wreck-it-ralph', anime style, cutesy-pop girls in bright colours, to blocky-robots, to lustrous, sexual women, to fashion illustration style watercolours, it seems Victoria can cover it all.
I admire this, as I like changing styles often, and dramatically. Though I appreciate when someone has found a niche, and a idiosycratic style truely suited to them, I have never been one of those artists. So I embrace my eclectic nature!
